Elon Musk’s Neuralink, a startup company with a has a mission on developing ultra-high bandwidth brain-machine interfaces to connect humans and computers.
Elon Musk made an announcement on Twitter says that Neuralink showing progress on linking human brains with AI on August 28
The Time When Musk appeared on Joe Rogan’s podcast which happened in September 2018, the CEO told Rogan that Neuralink’s long-term goal is to enable human brains to be “symbiotic with AI”,
And also said that the Neuralink would have something interesting to announce in a few months, that’s at least an order of magnitude better than anything else; probably better than anyone thinks is possible”.
In 2019 Neuralink had an event in San Francisco to share a bit about what we’ve been working on the last two years, in the event we saw brain-machine interface (BMI) system, which connects the brain to an external device to form a brain-machine interface.
And demonstrated the plan of how Neuralink implant thin and flexible threads deep into the human brain.

These threads record the information being transmitted onto a sensor called the N1. the electrodes are implanted in the brain near the neurons and synapses by a robot surgeon.
The ultimate goal of Neuralink is to “achieve a symbiosis with artificial intelligence”. in the August 28 event we may hear about progress on how far Neuralink successes on implanting the chip on Human.
